My recipes accommodate a variety of eating styles, but a big part of my journey was discovering the issues with modern wheat and dairy. Changes in production have led to lower nutrient quality and increased intolerances, making these foods harder for many to digest. While some can still enjoy them, sensitivities have been on the rise. Because of this, I avoid gluten and am selective with the dairy I consume.
