For years, I struggled with chronic pain, confusion about what was right for my body, and a complicated relationship with food. I felt trapped in a cycle of doctors' visits, medications, and endless health advice that never seemed to align. I knew something had to change. That’s when I decided to turn to holistic healing.
With the support of Ayurvedic practitioners and holistic doctors, I began healing my gut and rebalancing my body using natural remedies. This was a life-changing experience that helped me reconnect with my health and my food. It sparked a deep curiosity and passion to learn more.
My passion led me to The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where I immersed myself in over 660 hours of intensive coursework covering the science of nutrition, herbal medicine, and holistic wellness. Now, my mission is to empower others to take control of their health through food, lifestyle changes, and a holistic approach to wellness.
Holistic nutrition is about so much more than just what’s on your plate—it’s about nourishing the whole self. I believe that true well-being isn’t just physical; it’s deeply connected to our emotions, mindset, lifestyle, genetics, and environment. When one area is out of balance, it affects everything else.
